- I don't find TV show or movies interesting (except that slice-of-life drama that I watched for a week with mom to learn Chinese).
- I find YouTube recommendations boring.
- I got into a habit of wearing socks when I sleep after reading that it is good for you (now I hear it isn't good for you...).
- If I had to eat kimchi, I would warm it up.
- I did not watch Disney channel/Cartoon Network/Nickelodeon as a kid. I watched Qubo, Animal Planet, Discovery Channel, and Tom & Jerry.
- BRAINPOP WAS MY CHILDHOOD! I guess I wanted to sound smart so I remember watching a video about Communism in 2nd grade. Not surprisingly, I didn't understand a thing about it.
- When I am bored, I press on the radio button of my clock and listen to NPR for a few seconds.
- I enjoy playing piano yet I don't listen to a lot of music. The ads on Spotify bother me so much that I gave up listening to music.
- I like making Spotify playlists on the computer occasionally, but the greatest irony is that I don't even listen to my playlists.
- I was obsessed with the Myer-Briggs test (16 Personalities) in middle school and asked my friends to take the test.
- I am very scared of flies. If flies didn't buzz, then I would not be too scared of them.
- I thought ghosts were real in 3rd grade and they would lurk in the hallways of the local high school.
- If I were to appear on TLC's My Strange Addiction, it would be spending a lot of time reading MIT Admissions blogs. I probably won't get in anyway (says this on 10/20/20).
- The only time I said the f word was when I was describing to someone a tourist shirt I saw that said "f*** Google." Yes, I didn't mean to say that word.
- My Zoom background features 5 stuffed animals in the background.
2022 had its highest highs and lowest lows. My freshman spring semester was not good, but at least I had the motivation to do well. Summer was probably the closest thing to utopia. Sophomore fall started off fine, but things eventually became a disaster and I am not exaggerating when I use the word "disaster." Despite being aware of the many failures of this year, I think it is good for me to reflect upon 2022 and establish some goals and resolutions for 2023. Unlike previous years, I decided to give YearCompass a try since YearCompass provides a thorough examination and allows for deep contemplation. Calendar Go through your calendar week by week.
