I am glad that this semester is finally over. Sophomore slump hit me really hard and sadly didn't do as well as I wanted. What made the semester not as miserable was that the content I learned from my classes was more interesting compared to last semester. As a chemistry & biology major (Course 5-7), most of my classes are pre-med classes even though I am not pre-med. I took 3 major classes, 1 HASS-S (social science) class to fulfill my GIR (General Institute Requirements), and a 6-unit elective called Ethics for Engineers. In total, I took 55 units (4.5 classes). This was around the same as last semester (57 units), though this semester felt much harder because I was doing my CI-M (Communication Intensive-Major) class along with more rigorous major classes.
